Online Class Portals

The University of New Orleans uses Canvas as a hosted, online learning solution based on an open-source Canvas core, as its central course delivery platform. Once you begin your program, you can log in here.

Library Services

The Earl K. Long Library is an essential partner in the learning, research and service mission of the University. The library unites knowledgeable staff, scholarly information and leading-edge technology to inspire learning and enable information literacy and research.

As a UNO online student, you will have access to the vast resources and reference materials—including online databases and eJournals. Librarians are available to assist during regular business hours via phone, email or online chat.

Financial Aid

Competitive tuition for our online programs means you will earn a quality degree for a great value. In addition, UNO is proud to award more than $41 million in financial aid and scholarships annually, with nearly 77% of our students receiving financial assistance.

Our Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships is dedicated to helping you manage the cost of your online education. In fact, we have been consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report for our efforts in helping students graduate with the lightest debt load.

Military and Veterans

The University of New Orleans is committed to providing quality education for students with varying backgrounds, age, and experience. Your military experience contributes significantly to this diversity, making you a valuable member of our student community.

All educational assistance programs available to military personnel and their dependents or spouses are provided through the Veterans Services section of the Office of the Registrar. Click here to learn more about specialized resources available to you.
